Select a quote about leadership that resonates with you. You also have the liberty to author your own quote and use it for project. Research the author's perspective on leadership and provide enough evidence, through research, to show the reader what inspired the author to generate the quote. Discuss any impacts the author had on the study of leadership and discuss others that have been inspired by the quote. If you are the author, describe inspiration behind the quote and the impact you hope to have on the study of leadership and its practice. You should make sure that you are able to find adequate research materials for the author of the quote prior to making your selection because he/she will be the central focus of your research. References should include scholarly journals, studies, articles, experiments, etc. to support and counter the author's perspective on leadership.
You are encouraged to include your personal perspective and opinion based on experience.
Your research paper should be written in APA format and contain 3 pages, not including reference page, and no more than 5 pages. Your supporting presentation should be no more than 5 slides.
