Read and summarize, IN YOUR OWN WORDS, one scientific nutrition research paper on sports nutrition of interest to you. The article must come from peer-reviewed journals, such as the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Journal of the American Dietetic Association, Journal of the American Medical Association, PubMed, etc. (Ask me if you need to clarify this.) Include a summary of the purpose of the study, methods used, the results and the conclusion of the researchers.
