Discuss how you would (a) conduct specific research to develop a working knowledge of your specific subject; (b) how you would narrow the subject to focus on a specific topic so that your research is "researchable" and "arguable."; and (c) illustrate your subject is sufficiently narrowed by generating a specific focusing question that could lead to a persuasive argument.
