The paper is about the ethnic conflict in Rwanda. The paper has to be 10-12 pages. The format is Chicago style. You must state the significance, the statement of the problem, main question, and hypothesis. Scholarly sources are required as well.
The preface, Introduction, Forward can not be less than one page. 5-6 subtitles included and at least 8 references (not including textbook).
