Recognizing Troubled Projects
Research online a troubled project, or select one from personal experience. You will be using this failed project as an example/case study for seven discussions throughout course, so it should bi something that interests you and is detailed to hel you answer the requirements of the forum.
Briefly describe the project, and what signaled that it is/was in trouble. Expound on:
• Specific signs that hinted the project was in trouble
• At least three missing critical success factors that contributed to the trouble • Specific health checks that could have been used to determine the project was in trouble
