Research on the Internet a "rehabilitation program". Describe the center and its basic function. Who might benefit from this program? Would it work for all persons? What are its limits? Do you think a judge would be persuaded during sentencing if someone were to attend the center?
How fair are the programs mentioned above? Does it seem that people who have money and can afford to participate in programs like the one you found have an advantage over someone who was poor? How so?
