This paper require
1. some anaysis of data to identify an issu related to migration,
2. Research of a policy intiative of a igrant organization like the Policy Insitute on the national level, the Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy on the state level or the Immigrant Center on the city that is addressing this.
3. And a possible policy recommendation to address the identified policy issue.
The paper (15pgs) should be follow the structure stated as following:

• Information, data, quantitative.
• Previous theory research.
3. Migration organization (5 pages)
• experiences, policies from migration orgnizations related to the topic at national level, state level, city level
4. Policy recommendation( 4 papers)
• Possible solutions, laws, regulations.
