2. As we discuss methods of policing, and improved relations with the communities we serve, we have had recent events that could potentially hurt the police/community relations. Locally, a family was outraged after North Miami Beach Police used one of their family member's mug shots as shooting targets for their snipers. Research further this issue and tell me your thoughts on this newstory. Would you change the policy? Would you keep the policy as is? Provide a response as if you were presenting your position to the public who expressed concerns to you in response to this newstory. As you work on this project, would it change your response to learn that it is common practice among police departments to use mug shots for their snipper's targets to assist them in training on target acquisition?
