Twitter is a social media site that allows users (companies or individuals) to post concise, 140-character messages to their followers. This extreme conciseness can be challenging. It forces writers, to sum up, their point quickly. Adding to the challenge, many companies compose their tweets using correct grammar and punctuation. In addition, they write in complete sentences and do not use text style abbreviations.
