Here in this video he gives a summary overview of the future of HR and what are the key factors that can make it successful. It is a journey of transformation for any organization to fulfill HR's potential to be a true strategic business partner. Review the video and relate its content to what you have read in Ch. 1 and 2 of your textbook and the supplemental learning.

Your assignment is to post one (1) research article that supports the argument that HR has transformed itself to more of a strategic partner with the business-- from its more traditional role as an administrative or compliance function. If you choose to take a contrary view-- that HR has not been that successful-- that is acceptable too, as long as you can support it with valid research.
