Research and find a tort case in the law library or the internet. The case needs to be analyzed in the following format:
A. Facts/Summary: A paragraph summary of relevant facts to the case.
B. Issue: Brief description/discussion of questions the court is asked to consider.
C. Decision: Clear concise statement on how the court decided the case.
D. Rational: Discussion as to why the court decided the case the way it did.
The brief is to be no longer than one (1) page.
