The effort (if any) underway to extend the product’s lifecycle. Describe the organization's plans to update or replace this product.
The impact on your organization of updating or replacing this product or system. This discussion should include the impact to the organization on existing personnel, equipment and services.
The productivity changes and operational efficiencies of the new product, service as compared with the old. Analyze these changes to see if they warrant the investment in the new product. Take into account training, purchase cost, and the changes to the practices, processes and procedures of implementing this new product. Discuss the return on investment and estimate the time it will take to recover the investment.
