To begin your paper, describe the organization’s system design. Be sure to include the organization’s structural chart to illustrate the systems design. Then, respond to the following:
Identify the relationship of power and compliance in the organization’s structural chart.
Assess how these approaches to power and compliance have influenced the development of this system.
Provide recommendations for a more effective system.
Support your paper with minimum of five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
