Requirement
Carefully read and prepare the CXP Publishing Inc. (A, B, C). This a three part case which introduces this week's subject which is a company's relationship with its employees. This case looks at a situation that has confounded the company's senior management relationship with an employee who has a checkered history with the organization.
Question
Identify the major issues, discuss how the problem has been handled by the employee's supervisors to date, and evaluate how her present superior is handling the situation.
You should also discuss what rights to privacy does an employee have, and to what extent the management has to oversee his or her work related behavior, including dress and social interactions with fellow employees.
