Q,1 Plan, execute and report on a literature search strategy on a topic of your choice. Your report should include a discussion of the following:
a) The reason for the search e.g you want to find out how other countries manage vocational education.
b) How you aim to conduct your search e.g. where you will look for appropriate literature.
c) The search terms used and a summary of what the searches found.
d) A review of the nature of the literature found using up to 30 examples, i.e. 5 are government reports, 13 represent academic research etc.
e) A selection of 5 items which you feel would be a good starting point for your area of interest. Please state why?
Response should be 1,000 words.
You should reference ‘in the text' academic material which has helped you to approach the search stage and the 5 items under section e. Full references should be placed at the end.

Q,2 Suggest a methodology for understanding why employees of a large multi-national company do not seem to be keen to apply for senior roles which are widely advertised within the organization?
Q.3 Discuss the following statement. "Unstructured interviews should only be used as a precursor for a more structured approach to data collection".
Q.4 Why might the sole use of secondary sources of data for a strategy project be a serious limitation on the analysis and conclusions?
