Repeated measures t test

A girl was interested in knowing if the time she had to spend with he boyfriend had significantly decreased since the start of the semester. In the past, she had spent about 300 minutes with her boyfriend a week on average (assume there are 10,080 minutes in a week.) Since the start of the semester, however, she only sees her bofriend about an average of 180 minutes a week. Assume that the time she spends with her boyfriend before and after can vary by approximately 30 minutes each (estimated variance.) Using a repeated measures t test, is there a significant different in the time she spends with her boyfriend now as compared to the time she spent with him before the semester? (use the .05 significance level.) So conduct the 5 steps of hypothesis testing.
