The author was offering the ebook, which I purchased, however, it is quite lengthy though well worth the investment. I am not promoting the sale of this book, just noting that it is a great resource. I tried it and actually enjoyed putting feelings in to words. We made a pact to be honest and to reveal how we really felt. We really had a new outlook on our relationship and what we needed to do to be more in tune with one another.
Couples do forget to take time for one another and all of the nice things we did for one another in the beginning of the relationship seem to take a backseat at times to other issues and activities. Don't let things go too long and/or too far. Address those little things that are getting on your nerves before they grow into something much more. If you are fortunate enough to have that kind of marriage/relationship already, then consider yourself blessed and continue to work at it.
