Relationship in financial incentives and employee motivation


Assignment task: I have a research practice assignment. In this assignment I am studying the "Relationship between financial incentives and employee motivation." My research is qualitative. In my research I will use a before and after questionnaire and in-depth interviews to collect data. So before the implementation of financial incentives I will give out a questionnaire and then after implementation another questionnaire and will monitor the changes in answers, and conclude on the relationship.

One of my questions in my assignment asks me cover the 'Trustworthiness' (Credibility, Transferability, Dependability, and Confirmability) of my research study. I am a little stuck in concerns on the 'Dependability' and 'confirmability' part. I am not really sure what they mean, and how to link it to my research. Any help would be appreciated.
