Question 1. Is education actually "free" in other countries? If so, then teachers must work for no pay or benefits . . . yes? Do college teachers in other countries work for free? Who pays for the buildings, administration, and other overhead costs of education in "other countries?" Are the buildings, administration, etc. provided for free by the owners of those resources?
