You are required to choose 3 different case studies from the cases presented and discussed weekly in class to write 2-pages analysis (worth 50 points each). The case study should be analyzed to identify the major problems that exist and to suggest strategic solutions to these problems,
A successful case study analyses a real life situation where existing problems need to be solved. It should:
Relate the strategic management theory to a practical situation; for example, apply the ideas and knowledge discussed in the coursework to the practical situation at hand in the case study.

- Select the major problems in the case
- Suggest strategic solutions to these major problems
- Recommend the best strategic options to be implemented
- Detail how this strategic solution should be implemented

- No graphs or figures are required,
- Use clear language, correct spelling and grammar. and good words choicer
- Use effective paragraphs (Shouldn't be too long paragraphs),Don't use bullet points or numbering
