I've held positions raging from Bank Teller. Teller Trainer. Corporate Trainer. Business Manager. Business Consultant. Director of Human Resources and Vice President of Laming & Development. I also worked for 11 years in the medical field by managing one of the largest intimae medicine practices in Las Vegas.
My compelling message has also drawn attention from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) where I've been a regular guest speaker for the last four years at the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration. in addition to the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality. My commitment to the growth and development of UNLV students led me to become one of the recipients of the 2014 John Yaskin Mentor Award.

Eddie Rivera was from Puerto Rico and when he first came to US, he was working in Citicorp but got fired, his boss told him she didn't want to work with a fxxking Puerto Rican. After he was a manager in MGM, when he was driving on the road, he saw a car accident and he saved her life, later on he realized the person he saved was his boss who fired him and call him fxxking Puerto Rican.
