1. Managers are responsible for getting things done through other people. Explain how managers employ planning, organizing, and control to accomplish this. Be sure to include your recommendations for how, in general, each of these functions is best managed and relate these topics to your team experiences, and your specific service learning project. ( a team project about fundraising and hours of volunteer work with an education organization.)
2. Reflect upon your experience in the Mgt. 200 class thus far. What have been the most valuable lessons learned? Which concepts need more clarification? ( A course about case briefing, team projects and learning managerial skills.)
