Reflect back on the goals you set for yourself. You have now read more chapters in the textbook and completed several activities on differentiation and research-based strategies. Step back, and take a look at the bigger picture as you transition to becoming a teacher leader.
Self-assess your philosophical approach and level of competence in conveying the concepts of differentiation and evidence-based teaching practices to other teachers. Consider the activities you have done to broaden your knowledge of strategies, student diversity, and technology.
You will now create a personal action plan to expand your skills in your role as a teacher leader. Set goal(s) for yourself to achieve in instructional leadership as a teacher leader, which match your philosophy of differentiation.
