Two of the learning outcomes for the teacher leader program, which align with the content of student-centered differentiated learning include the following:
1) Learners will develop an understanding of self and master the skills to grow as a systemic leader focused on best practice and maximizing student achievement regardless of ability or disability.
2) Learners will be creative visionaries who value the past and are able to articulate their leadership vision for the future.
Consider these two program outcomes. In a four-page paper, describe how this course has helped you to make progress in achieving these program learning outcomes, and discuss what additional growth you still need in these areas.
