How would you help reduce the stress of an older employee who is not computer savey? Many people are comfortable in their own work flow, but when technology is a must, how do you help get those at ease? It can be scary for some to learn how to totally change the way they do things because of evolving technology. How would you suggest that management handle these situtions, because we all have those in our organizations?
