Modify Prob. P6.121 as follows. Reduce the diameter to 15 cm (with ε=1 mm), and compute the flow rates for water at 20°C. These flow rates distribute in nearly the same manner as in Prob. P6.121 but are about 5.2 times lower. Can you explain this difference?
