Prepare a PowerPoint presentation in which you present strategies and specific recommendations for improvement to organizational leaders in order to increase communication and buy-in, and therefore increase achievement and productivity. Keep in mind the significance of assessing and addressing cultural norms in your presentation so as to increase the likelihood for change acceptance and build organizational capacity. Also remember the importance of telling a good story (in this case through PowerPoint) by using the pyramid principle outlined by Friga (2009) in Chapter 9 beginning on page 166.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists. Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style where appropriate. Save the file as PPT with the correct course code information.
