Your memo must:
- Recommend that you lead a project to create a change management checklist that will be rolled out to the managers in your organization.
- Explain the importance of the change management checklist (i.e. a step-by-step process for effective change management).
- Discuss how the change management checklist will benefit the organization and tie into your corporate goals.
- Be creative. Remember, this is not about the specifics of the checklist, but moreso, the reasoning and rationale of implementing the checklist.
