Problem: Finding a Viable Solution for Process Improvement
The culmination of the Define, Measure, and Analyze phases of the DMAIC methodology should come together in a way that helps the Green Belt team and stakeholders develop a feasible solution for process performance improvement.For your initial post, address the following:
a) Identify a process with which you are familiar
b) Recommend a specific example of a process improvement
c) Explain what tools or techniques would be used in the improvement process
Finally, respond to at least two of your peers by reviewing their posts. Explain why you agree or disagree with the appropriateness of the examples selected for the process improvement and justify your response.
