Recognize a suppliers overall level of quality. There are three levels of recognition including the Gold Award, the Silver Award, and the Bronze Award. The Gold Award is awarded to the company's top suppliers. To win his award, a supplier must "delight" the company by providing superior products/services and customer service for more than a year.
