Recall your most recent experience in a health care setting, either as a patient or as the HCP( Health Care Professional). If you were the patient in this experience, describe the nonverbal behaviors exhibited by the HCP. How did these behaviors make you feel? Is there anything the HCP might have done differently? If you were the HCP in this experience, describe the nonverbal behaviors exhibited by a specific patient. How did the patient's behaviors lead you to adapt your behaviors in order to promote your communication rapport with the patient?
