Your case analysis should be approximately two (2) to three (3) pages double spaced.
Case write-up should include:
Case Summary
1. Brief background Case summary (2 to 3 paragraphs)
•Explain the Major Issues/Problems that need to be addressed in case (Questions that are often brought up within the case itself)
How does case relate/apply to chapter?
•Terminology
•Theories
•Models
•Ideas and Practices
Case Questions
•Answer all questions and each part of each question
•Reference Theories and Models from Chapter that supports your responses
•Use appropriate terminology from the chapter in your responses
What are the key "take-aways" that can be learned from this case/chapter?
•Two or Three main points that you found most useful to know and understand
How can you apply the information from the Chapter and the case if you found yourself in a similar situation as a Manager and/or Employee?
•What did you learn from this case/chapter that could help you to lead Organizational Change?
Case Discussion
Read "Transferring Innovation across National Borders" and prepare answers to the following questions:
1. What triggered the new product strategy at Minnesota Biolabs (MB)?
2. What prediction would you make for the success of getting the country general managers in Europe and Japan to adopt the new product?
Explain your prediction.
