Reaction involving chemicals

A chimecal X is produced from reaction involving chemicals A and B. The rate of production of X varies directly as the product of the instantaneous amounts of A and B present. The formation of X needs 3 pounds of A for every 5 pounds of B. 30 pounds of A and 50 pounds of B are present initially and 10 pounds of X are formed in one hour.

A) Compute a formula for the amount of X present at any time t.

B) Determine the amount of X present 3 hours after the reaction begins.

C) At what time will 52 pounds of chemical X be formed?
