2) Propose two applications of this knowledge in your current or a future position.
o Business Ethics the moral principle that act as the guidelines for the way a business conducts business. Morals referring to our own philosophies of what is right and what is wrong. Values are beliefs and ideas that are socially enforced. Ethics behavior or decision made within a group's values.
o Ethical Leadership leading by example. Leaders that are honest, fair and unjust. They work off the principles,values and beliefs by conducting themselves in a respectful manner. They aim to create a ethical working culture.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
