Management Principles: You have recently been appointed as Managing director of a large housing construction company in Auckland, and have quickly identified very low level of organisation and communication. There seem to be a lot different systems operating within the company. You must write a plan showing five different ways you could fix this problem and thus then raise staff morale. You must explain the theory but must also show actual things you are going to do. Although this is a fictitious situation, you must make your systems as realistic as possible. Minimum 1500 words.
