Let's make a discussion prevalence of project failure. Think of or find cases of a project that didn't have the accepted result. Find something in news or on the Internet, and provide us with the URL. It does not have to to be an I.T. related project, though that would be best for this course!
Make sure to contain how and why project was initiated, what setting up was done, how plan went wrong and what was done to solve the trouble.
