a. How many bits does each pixel take?

c. What is data rate of all the 15 cameras combined?

d. All 15 camera images are combined and transmitted to security guard station over a T-1 line that will then be displayed on 15 security monitors, one for each camera feed. Will the 15 monitors be able to show all the images taken by the 15 cameras? Remember that each camera takes one image per second. Explain your answer. Explain work.


e. The camera software has the ability to compress image before sending it out to the guard station. The monitor show software can decompress the image before displaying it. What is least compression ratio that is needed in order for all 15 monitors to display all images taken by the 15 cameras? Remember each camera takes one image per second.
