1. You work for Town of Ancaster prior to an amalgamation of New City of Hamilton. Your main responsibility was to retain Town's single line road network file. Amalgamation has taken place and you have been hired to make the new street network file which combines those of previous municipalities of Ancaster, Flamborough, former City of Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Dundas and Glanbrook.
2. Engineering consultant sent you an AutoCAD drawing file of a material goods survey. Your boss will like you to overlay file on an air photo. When you load both files into your GIS software, you see air photo but you do not see DWG file.
