The moderation of carbohydrate ingestion is an important aid to diabetes curing. The diabetes treatment with the use of hypoglycemic agents like oral medicines or insulin, must be medically and carefully supervised since if wrongly used these drugs may abruptly decrease the glucose blood level may cause hypoglycemia and even death. Many other kinds of diabetes treatment are under research worldwide.
