With Owner's approval, spray urethane foam may be used. Manufacturer's recommendations for service temperature limit shall be followed for specific product installed. Urethane foam must include fire retardant such that it can not sustain a flame. An external vapour barrier shall be included to mitigate water vapour permeation.
