Q. Source of Materials?
The user may restrict sources of fabrication materials. If there is a restriction, the prospective manufacturers must be informed at the time of bidding. Some reasons for restrictions may include, but are not limited to:
• Maintenance of a specific alloy composition.
• Compliance with government requirements.
• Compatibility with existing equipment.
• Compliance with the user's procurement policies.
