Q. Skid assemblies and modular structures?
This specification describes parameters for the design, fabrication, materials and installation of the structural steel part of skid mounted modules. These specifications encompass furnishing of all labour, materials, preparation for transportation, handling, storage, supervision, tools, and other equipment that may be necessary to install the structure as described herein, in associated plans and standard drawings. Foundations are not included.
This specification also provides guidelines and requirements for setting modules on existing foundations constructed by others. Any work that is reasonably implied and necessary for the satisfactory completion shall be performed as though explicitly indicated in this specification or as shown on construction drawings.
