Internal factors: besides the various factors, there are various internal factors in the organizational which affect the recruitment programme. These factors are as follows:

1. Organizational image: Organizational image, as perceived by the prospective candidates, is an important factor for attracting personnel for selection. The image of an organization in a human resource market depends on its HRM practises like facilitates for the training and development, promotional avenues, compensation and incentives and work culture.
