Q. Give subject matter of participation?
Subject matter of participation by and large the workers interests in participation varies with the nature of issues' involved in participation. Broadly speaking there can be two types of issues work related and interest related. Examples of work related issues are safety welfare such as canteen sports water supply housing etc. these are the simplest issues. Examples of interest related issues are wages and sharing of productivity gains. These are the most difficult issues. Workers show greatest interest in the second type of issues.
