2. Frequent shifting of the employees may cause interruptions in the work routine of the organization.

3. Job rotation may lead to increase in costs and decrease in productivity due to shifting of employees to new positions just when their efficiency on particular job has started improving.

4. The employees who want specific responsibility in a chosen specialty may feel demotivate.

5. The method has very limited impact on the employee motivation and productivity.
