Pursuant to recent Supreme Court decisions that Juveniles may not be sentenced to death and Juveniles may not be sentenced to "statutory mandatory" life sentences without the possibility of parole, how are states going to have to deal with their present juveniles sentenced at such and what are state's options for sentencing at this point?
