Purpose and aim of strategic environmental assessment (SEA) is to improve decision making in environmental and sustainability aspects of project. The purpose also includes the Importance of considering alternative solutions and Importance of public input and reporting of decision making. SEA provides a structured decision making framework, aiming to support more effective and efficient decision making for sustainable development.It adds value to existing country systems and reinforces their effectiveness by assessing and building capacity for institutions and environmental management systems (DAC Guidelines).
The Proposed guideline plan is for sustainability upgrading of Building E, NMIT, Our group has decided to provide a short screening report on sustainability design constraints in the chosen building.
