Psalms 101:7 informs us that honesty is the way to the Kingdom of Heaven. God will not allow deceitfulness and liars into his kingdom nor presence. He despises those who speaks falsely and turns away from righteousness. Also, Proverbs 13:11 speaks on dishonesty. Dishonest money will not last long, but honest money will continue to grow and prosper. Proverbs 4:20-17 is telling us that in order to avoid corruption of the heart, mind, and soul we must lean towards God and his words. We must turn away from evil and keep straight ahead. His words must live in our hearts. We must never abandon his words. His words are our life and health, as Proverbs indicate. By living according to his word, we will elevate. Proverbs 28:12-13 tell us just that. Those who are righteous will rise, but those who are dishonest and wicked will fall. People do not elate those who are wicked. In order of us to receive God's mercy, we must confess our sins and repent. We must own up to our wicked ways and not hide them.

When analyzing financial statements, it is important to recognize how much money was spent as a total. By analyzing financial statements, we are able to see if we have spent our money dishonestly. Money spent dishonestly are spent on things such as excessive liquor, drugs, gambling, etc. Spending such as this can lead to debt. The amount of money someone has will not gain them access into Heaven. Money can lead to deceitfulness, which is one way to get shut out of Heaven. When viewing financial statements, we must how we are spending money. We must spend our money on things that are helping others and necessary for our well-being. It is important not to spend money on materials that are displeasing to God. By spending money righteously, we are living according to God's words. By keeping is words in our hearts, we will prosper. Even with financial burdens, God can relieve them if we put our trust in him and do what is right. So, when analyzing financial statements, we must take into consideration how we are spending our money.
