What code would you use following 2023 EM Guidelines for the below scenario? Patient was evaluated IP at noon today for an initial visit, same provider evaluates again at 3pm and discharges. Patient presents with abdominal pain, US orderd and WBC to rule out appendicitis. US and WBC are WNL, and patient now admits to history of GERD. Provider sends home with omeprazole and advised to f/u with PCP. What code or codes would select?
