Consider the laws we have studied in Chapters 4 (Constitution), 5 (Government Regulation of Competition), 6 (Administrative Agencies), 9 (Intellectual Property Rights and the Internet), Chapter 32 (Consumer Protection), 38 (Regulation of Employment) and 39 (Equal Employment Opportunity Law) to answer the following questions.
Provide two specific ways the law impacts either Netflix, Walgreen’s or McDonald’s. For each example, include a law from the textbook (include a page and paragraph number) and how the law specifically will impact that entity.
